Biblio-Plus is an app especially designed for libraries, and it can be downloaded on any device. Just download the app and use your library name, card number, and password to log in, as you would with Libby or the Palace app. Call or stop by the library if you need help.

Preschool Story Time

Story Time with Miss Julia will resume on Tuesday, September 3rd at 10:30 at the library. All are welcome to attend.

Palace Project: New e-books and e-audiobooks

Great News!!! In addition to our Green Mountain e-book/e-audiobook library consortium (GMLC or the Libby App), we are now a member of the Palace Project, which will include e-books and e-audiobooks from the Palace App as well as a great new collection from the Vermont Department of Libraries. To access this collection, download the Palace App onto your phone or computer and use your library number and password (same as GMLC/Libby) to log in. Call us at 766-5063 or stop by the library if you need help.

New Login Information for Green Mountain Library Consortium

We have a new login system for GMLC including the Libby and Overdrive apps. The card number is the full number on your library card, and our default password is userpass. The password is only different if you created an account with a different password on our library catalog. Please call the library at 766-5063 with questions or if you need your card information.

Passes to Echo and Shelburne Farms

The library offers special passes to the Echo Center and Shelburne Farms. The passes may be signed out for several days, and patrons will be able to visit these attractions for a small entry fee (i.e. $7.00 for 2 adults and 2 children). Please call the library for details.

New Laptops

The library has obtained two brand new laptop computers for in-house loaning to our patrons for use in our conference room or in the gazebo.

Book Sponsors Wanted

Would you like to sponsor the purchase of a new book? Anyone who is interested would choose a book, pay the discounted price (we are given a 45% reduction in cost), and be the first person to read it before it goes into general circulation. Please contact the library if you are interested. Thank you for your consideration.

Little Free Libraries

We now have two Little Free Libraries registered and on the LFL World map. Located in Scampy's Store in West Charleston and next to the Town Clerk's Office in Morgan, the little libraries are dedicated to former librarian Barbara Whitehill.   Please visit them anytime and take a book or leave one-they are fully stocked with both adult and kids' books.
